Booking Conditions

Please telephone or e-mail to confirm availability. Your holiday booking will then be reserved and held to enable you to return to us the completed booking form (will open in a new window) with the required deposit. On receipt of the completed booking form a confirmation invoice will be sent, usually by e-mail, with all relevant details.

A 20% deposit is required to secure a booking. When the bank transfer or cheque has cleared and a confirmation invoice has been sent is a contract made.

The balance of payment shown on the invoice must be paid in full and cleared not later than 8 weeks before departure. If booking takes place less than 8 weeks before departure the full cost is due immediately. Failure to pay the balance at least 8 weeks before departure may result in cancellation of the holiday and loss of all monies paid.

Cancellation charges : up to 8 weeks prior to departure - loss of deposit, 4 to 8 weeks- 50% (of total holiday price) refunded, 2 to 4 weeks 25% refunded, less than 2 weeks - no refund.

We strongly recommended that guests take out holiday insurance at the time of booking which provides cover for loss of deposits, etc. It is also advisable to obtain a European Health Insurance Card (EHIC), which replaced the old E111 medical form in January 2006.

We can accommodate flights arriving on any day subject to availability. The villa is available from 4.00pm on the day of arrival and we ask that it be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure. Subject to booking arrangements other times may occasionally be accommodated (including suitcase storage on day of departure etc).

A security deposit is required of 150 euros on arrival, to be paid in cash to my Manager. This, of course, is refunded when you leave provided that everything is fine. However, we rely on the co-operation of our guests so that breakages or damage can quickly be made good both for their benefit and for those following. In the event of breakages you are asked to replace the broken article. If this is not possible, please notify our Managers to make alternative arrangements.

The rental rates quoted are for the use of the apartment as identified. There is also a meet'n'greet / cleaning charge of 80 Euros which will need to be paid locally direct to the apartment managers. 30 Euros is payable mid-stay for stays longer than a week for fresh bed linen and towels, if required.

Please note that you will need to provide your own beach/pool towels for use outdoors.

You also have access to the services of our Managers who live locally and are available 24 hours of the day to ensure that your holiday runs smoothly.

Flights and transfers are not included and the villa operates a strict no smoking policy indoors.

The accommodation is reserved exclusively for the persons named at the time of booking. No other persons may use the accommodation without prior approval.
